Dear Major Donor,

            Let me introduce myself, my name is John Gallant and I am licensed, commercial contractor.  For the last two decades my specialty was renovating and constructing large box retail retail stores throughout the United States (but don’t hold that against me).  A few years back I was "called upon" to construct a community hospital in Callao, Peru (near the seaport of Lima).  The hospital was constructed with time and money that I personally donated along with any funds that I could generated through private donations and fund raising events.

            Even though the hospital is nearly completed and is operating, we need to finish
the final phase of the project.  That is why we are making this really easy for someone
who wants to be involved and contribute to such a humanitarian cause, but does not want to deal with the “red-tape”, staffing and not to mention the construction challenges that is with any project of this magnitude.

            The name of this hospital will be sold on eBay Auctions.  The highest, acceptable bid will have the right to name the hospital.  That’s right … your name, a family name or even a company or brand name.  It will be your support in this one-time donation that will complete this facility.

            This auction will be subject to a YOUR 30 DAY INSPECTION PERIOD. 
The successful bidder will get 30 days to visit the hospital, meet the people and most importantly interact with the 720+ orphans in the adjacent orphanage that will benefit from your involvement.  During this period, you can have your accountants, lawyers, financial planners, C.F.O., whom ever is involved in your decision process to contact our lawyer or accountant, myself or any other member of our team, to answer any question or concerns that may arise.  Once you decide that this is something that you would like to be involved in, then and only then will you proceed with your contribution.
